Sydney's is not just a gourmet country market with prepared items to go and a café with on-premise dining; Sydney’s is also a full service caterer, specializing in tailoring menus to fit specific tastes, styles and budgets, serving the Hamptons and the entire tri-state area.
Sydney’s opened as a catering company in 1993 by Erin Finley and her husband Chef David Blydenburgh, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. In 1996 Erin and David opened their first brick and mortar store in Westhampton Beach at the traffic circle adjacent to the movie theater. In 2003 they moved their specialty food emporium to its long standing Main Street location. On May 23, 2014 they opened their doors at 32 Mill Road, a beautiful refurbished 1860's farmhouse.
As one of the first prepared food markets in Westhampton Beach to sell premium high quality gourmet-to-go food, Sydney’s “Taylor” Made Cuisine is the WHB staple for specialty food.

FUN FACT:
The name Sydney’s “Taylor” Made Cuisine is actually named after Erin & David's daughters; Sydney is the name of their eldest daughter, Taylor the youngest.
